- far out of character, check their /whois - if their address includes 
- '.vnnyca.adelphia.net', look *very* closely at the nick, and if it doesn't 
- *exactly* match the nick, or isn't shown as registered by nickserv, you're 
- probably watching this twidgit do his thing. Let someone in #help know what's
- up.
