-
- Guide to get SSL: http://www.criticalsecurity.net/index.php?showtopic=29761
- It is recommended that you get SSL.
-
- It is HIGHLY recommended that you register your name so that no one else can
- use it. To do so type /NickServ register Yourpasshere Youremailhere. Now
- every time you connect you'll have to type /NickServ ID yourpasshere to
- log into your username.
-
- Users that are using SSL and have their client setup to send an SSL certificate
- to the server upon connecting can identify to their NickServ nick via SSL
- fingerprinting, /sslinfo <yournick> and /NickServ help CERT for more information
-
- If /sslinfo returns 'No SSL Certificate' your certificate may have expired,
- or you may not have one.
-
- Guide to Self Signing a Certificate:
-
- By Connecting here you agree to follow all the rules written in the /rules.
