- 1. Harrassment of Karma-Irc staff members and users in any form
- will not be tolerated. This includes attacks based on
- race(including racial comments/slurs), beliefs, sexual
- preferences, and disabling conditions and handicaps.

- 2. Flooding or loading of mass clones is not allowed. Karma-Irc
- allows a maximum of three(3) connections per host.

- 3. Mass spamming/advertisement of channels, websites, or other
- Irc networks is not allowed.

- 4. Karma-Irc does not currently permit Mirc ork and bottler
- clients to connect to this network. These client type will
- be banned on sight without prior warning.

- 5. Trading or sharing of underage/child pornography is
- strictly forbidden on this network. Anyone found to be
- participating in this type of activity on this network will
- be immediately removed from Karma-Irc.

- 6. Taking over possession of a nickname or channel through force
- including but not limited to brute-force or hacking,
- packeting, or other malicious ways is not tolerated.

- 7. Chasing of nicknames which are about to expire or are not
- registered by to that user is forbidden.

- 8. The use of Karma-Irc services is a privilege, not a right.
- Abuse of this privilge, through "hacking", flooding
- services, abuse of a bug or exploit, or any other malicious
- activity that disrupts services will result in removal of
- the privilege and a temporary or permanent autokill from
- Karma-Irc.

- 9. If you are autokilled from this network, please take not of
- reason given for the autokill, and if applicable, fix the
- issue which gave cause for it. DO NOT attempt to
- reconnect to Karma-Irc until the autoban has expired. Doing
- so is a violation of these TOS for evading the ban, and will
- result in a subsequent autokill, and increase in length of
- the original autokill.
