- 1) Respect. Give it and Get it. Respecting everyone will keep you out of trouble,
- obviously we can't really enforce this, but it is a basic rule that will keep you out of
- trouble.

- 2) No spambots, drones, or malicious scripts are allowed in any channel at any time.
- Useful bot scripts that change the topic, etc. are allowed, but are NOT allowed in
- network channels without permission. Such scripts are offered by certain users.

- 3) No ban evasion. Evading a ban will result in permanent removal from the network.

- 4) The sharing of xDCC or child porn is not allowed here. It's illegal and we *prefer* if
- the RIAA stays out of ours, and your business.

- 5) No harassment. This is excessive spam in notices or pm's asking for personal info.
- Do not ask for operators to ban someone for this, you have an /ignore command, learn
- to use it.
- (NOTE: please report harassers to an IRCop so we can deal with repeat offenders).

- 6) No hacking. Any attempt to hack other users will result in permanent removal from
- the network. Users have a right to their privacy, respect it.

- 7) Please do not request the staff to interfere in channel affairs. This includes asking
- us to op/deop/ban/unban somebody from a channel. Channel owners have the right
- to run their channel(s) however they see fit. If you need help on how to do
- something, join the support channel #help.

- 8) Upon connecting, your connection can and may be scanned for insecure proxies
- and other security risks that may put our users at risk. If you do not consent to this
- scan, disconnect immediately.

- There are most offer network rules. We ask you to follow them to make the IRC
- experience a good one for every user. Any breach of these rules will result in action
