- be asked to join another channel if your query becomes complex and drawn
- out.  Please remember that it is ILLEGAL to /query any member of staff
- without prior permission to do so.  Not all support queries may be

- to your absolute satisfaction, and do remember that the support provided
- is provided on a voluntary basis.

- If you choose to use Private Message on our web server, please ensure that
- your query to the Front Line Support team is concise, and to the point,
- and also within the field of support that they offer.

- SERVICES

- Torrent Damage utilizes Services which can be accessed by messaging the
- various services, e.g. NickServ, ChanServ and HostServ.  Abuse of these
- services in any way will lead to a very short stay.  It is recommended to
- use and register a nickname which is the same as your username on our web
