- ** [ Nickname and Channel Registration ] ******************************

- UtoNet provides nickname and channel registration services. To
- register a nickname use the command:
- 
- /nickserv register password email
- 
- replacing password with a password and email with your email
- address.  Please ensure you enter a valid email address because an
- authentication code will be sent to it before you will be able to use
- your nickname.  Channel registration requires a registered nickname,
- and is done by typing:
- 
- /chanserv register #channel password description
- 
- again replacing #channel with the channel you are trying to
- register, password with a channel password and description
- with a description of the channel.  All fields are required
- and remember that you must be a channel operator on the
- channel you wish to register.
