- 1] This server runs an Open Proxy Monitor (OPM) and scans all 
- clients for open proxies upon connection to the network. By 
- connecting to this server you are symbolizing that you have 
- read this MOTD and agree to these scans taking place. If you 
- do not agree to such scans, please disconnect now. 
- 
- [2] Any form of abuse (including but not limited to flooding, 
- (D)DoS attacks, and hacking) will not be tolerated. Such 
- activities will result in a network wide ban, and the ISP of the 
- client will be informed of the illegal actions (if any). If you 
- have a complaint about another user we will ask for logs. 
- 
- [3] AfterX has a NO WAREZ policy which is strictly enforced. 
- Violation of this policy will result in a network wide ban.

- [4] This server operates a friendly bot policy - bots may connect 
- to the server but may not be used for warscripts etc as this 
- will be considered abuse.

- server simultaneously.

- commands that may or may not pass through this server.
