- Network is entirely liable for all activities conducted through the network.

- 1. The Luxusbuerg Chat Network is a private domain. Any user is authorized to
- enter it, but can be excluded temporarily or permanently any time for any
- reason without the Luxusbuerg Chat Network or its representatives having to
- justify their decision.

- 2. Any content you display on the Luxusbuerg Chat Network is done so at your
- own risk. Luxusbuerg shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any
- content displayed on the Luxusbuerg Chat Network, nor for any action,
- messages or other means taken, displayed or used by its users.

- 3. By entering a chat room on the Luxusbuerg Chat Network, you are bound to
- abide by the rules of the chat room.

- 4. The use of the Luxusbuerg Chat Network is at your own risk. Luxusbuerg makes
- no warranty that the Luxusbuerg Chat Network will meet your requirements, nor
- that the Luxusbuerg Chat Network will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or
- error-free, nor as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained
- on the Luxusbuerg Chat Network.

- 5. You must not by any means threaten, embarrass, harass, any Luxusbuerg Chat
- Network user.

- 6. You must not through the Luxusbuerg Chat Network conduct any activities or
- display any messages considered unlawful, harmful, abusive, obscene, or
- defamatory.

- 7. You must not use the Luxusbuerg Chat Network to transmit any information,
- software, or any other materials considered unlawful.

- 8. You must respect any intellectual, trademark and patent or other proprietary
- rights.

- 9. Luxusbuerg shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting
- from the use or inability to use the Luxusbuerg Chat Network, nor from any
- goods or services purchased or obtained through the Luxusbuerg Chat Network,
- nor from any messages received or sent, or transactions conducted, through
- the Luxusbuerg Chat Network.

- 10. You must not use the Luxusbuerg Chat Network to advertise or promote
- products, services, Internet sites or events in any way, neither via
- messages in chat rooms on the Luxusbuerg Chat Network, nor by private
- messages or notices sent over the Luxusbuerg Chat Network.

- 11. Your personal connection data (IP, hostmask, nickname, connect- and
- disconnect-time) as well as your messages displayed in the public chatrooms,
- will be logged and kept for a minimum of two weeks. This data will not be
- forwarded to third parties, except in the case of legal action conducted by
- the entitled authorities. The messages displayed in private conversations
- (directly between two users) are not logged. In any case, Luxusbuerg has no
- legal or contractual obligation to log or forward the data mentioned above.

- 12. Connections to the Luxusbuerg Chat Network shall be established directly
- from the user's computer to the Luxusbuerg server without intermediate usage
- of other servers, shell accounts, bouncers or other similar means.
- Luxusbuerg reserves the right to terminate indirect connections without
- prior notice or reason given.

- 13. Failure to follow these terms will result in immediate temporary or
- permanent exclusion without prior notice or reason given. In this case, the
- Luxusbuerg Chat Network explicitly reserves the right to pursue the user by
- any available legal means.
