- <*> 11 Dec 2007 - Server restarted to solve host resolve issues.
- Server peak before restart at 913.
- <*> 13 Jan 2008 - Network centre experience a major power breakdown,
- which cause the server to be down for a few mins.
- <*> 04 Aug 2008 - A power trip occurred, causing server to be rebooted
- UPS system failed to kick in. Currently under
- investigation of why the trip occurred. Peak@650.
- <*> 16 Aug 2008 - In related to the 04 Aug, a load test was conducted
- on the replaced UPS. Which isolated another chain of
- faulty UPS which caused the server restart. All
- replacement completed. Several load test completed
